About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Feature Flags team at Datadog. You will help shape the future of our experimentation platform, working across systems where correctness, global distribution, and low-latency performance are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop high-performance SDKs across a wide variety of languages and platforms
- →Contribute to the evolution of OpenFeature and its surrounding open-source ecosystem
- →Design and implement systems to support advanced experimentation models
- →Architect global systems for distributing feature flag configurations
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feature flagging with Datadog’s products
Requirements
- ✓Experienced backend engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous problems
- ✓Motivated by a fast-moving, customer-facing product environment
- ✓Comfortable working across multiple programming languages
- ✓Proficient in Rust and eager to expand a shared Rust core
- ✓Skilled at cross-team collaboration and identifying solutions
