About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Director for the Americas to lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers at Dataiku. This role involves retaining and expanding existing customers while driving net-new acquisition through a land-and-expand approach.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Managers, hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
- →Own the business by delivering on team quota across renewals, expansion, and selective net-new
- →Run the operating cadence with weekly/monthly rhythm including pipeline generation, forecast calls, and deal reviews
- →Drive retention and expansion outcomes by ensuring customer value realization and systematic whitespace conversion
- →Raise forecasting excellence by enforcing structured qualification and high forecast accuracy
- →Lead executive engagement by modeling and coaching senior-level customer conversations
- →Orchestrate cross-functional execution by aligning internal teams and partners around account plans
- →Operate partner-first by building joint plans and enabling co-sell motions
- →Enable repeatable net-new motion by ensuring inbound conversion and targeted outbound plays
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing an enterprise sales team, with player-coach experience welcome
- ✓Experience selling/expanding platform solutions into complex enterprises
- ✓Proven track record delivering against quota in B2B SaaS, including complex deal cycles
- ✓Demonstrated success driving renewals and expansion within a book of business
- ✓History of building predictable pipeline and running disciplined operating cadences
- ✓Strong command of structured qualification, deal strategy, and accurate forecasting
- ✓People-focused communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally
- ✓Partner-first operator who aligns internal teams and partners to deliver outcomes
