About the Role
Decagon is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a dynamic role focused on shaping go-to-market strategy and driving execution for our conversational AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute GTM objectives and strategies, including capacity planning and international expansion
- →Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights
- →Design and lead new revenue growth programs on pipeline generation and territory management
- →Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership and executive management
- →Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on priorities and drive process transformations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in GTM/revenue operations, investment banking, or management consulting
- ✓Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel and modeling proficiency
- ✓Experience with Salesforce or GTM/BI tools
- ✓Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
- ✓Ownership mindset with end-to-end responsibility for deliverables
