About the Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Integration Manager to join Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role involves helping customers through onboarding and offboarding processes, managing escalations, and driving process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Help customers from low and medium-touch journeys through onboarding and offboarding
→Assist teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and Deel products
→Take on additional responsibilities to drive more complex projects and product improvements
→Set up customers for success by becoming an expert in Deel products
→Problem-solve client issues and proactively advocate for client success
→Partner with internal teams including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering
→Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows

Requirements

✓Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role
✓Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert
✓Creative approach to problem-solving
✓Excellent communicator with strong written and presentation skills
✓Relationship builder who remains calm under pressure
✓Understanding of project management principles
✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality
✓Solid track record of achievement
✓Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation and synthesis abilities
