About the Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to join our team at Deel. This role focuses on onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with Deel to enable long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

→Help customers from low and medium-touch journeys through onboarding and offboarding
→Assist teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and Deel products
→Take additional responsibilities to drive more complex projects and drive process and product improvements
→Set up customers for success in a timely manner through becoming an expert in Deel products
→Problem solve client issues and proactively advocate for client success
→Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
→Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows

Requirements

✓Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role
✓1-2 years of experience with Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
✓Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert
✓Creative approach to problem-solving
✓Excellent communicator with great written and presentation skills
✓A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism
✓Demonstrate understanding of project management principles
✓A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
✓Solid track record of achievement
✓Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
