About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building genuine customer relationships and converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
- →Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- →Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points and providing solutions
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features that lead to better customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience with a past history of elite performance
- ✓Previous CS experience or advisory roles such as consulting
- ✓Strong desire to be in the technology space
- ✓Relationship builder who remains calm under pressure
- ✓Quantitatively inclined and data savvy
- ✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- ✓Solid track record of achievement in a top-tier company
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- ✓Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
