About the Role
You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage high volume small spend accounts in our MM segment
- →Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- →Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points and providing solutions
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing experience
- ✓Previous experience in fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- ✓Relationship builder who remains calm during crisis or criticism
- ✓Quantitatively inclined and data savvy
- ✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality
- ✓Solid track record of achievement in a top-tier company
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation and synthesis abilities
- ✓Curious by nature with a desire to make an impact
