About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager II to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across the EMEA region
- →Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- →Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features that lead to better customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience as a CSM or Account Manager
- ✓Previous experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- ✓Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism
- ✓Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy, able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- ✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- ✓Solid track record of achievement in a top-tier company
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- ✓Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
