About the Role
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our team at Deel. This role involves managing software stack identity and access, handling IT/IAM support tickets, and providing technical support for various applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage overall Identity and Access Management responsibilities for the software stack
- →Handle provision, deprovision, license assignment, and access administration according to onboarding/offboarding requirements
- →Process some manual tasks and use tools such as Okta, Lumos, or similar
- →Handle IT/IAM support tickets daily to troubleshoot, provision access, and manage applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft, Okta, Zendesk, Zoom, Lumos
- →Provide weekly technical support for new hire cohorts
- →Manage devices with Windows and Microsoft operating systems
- →Provide technical support for company-wide webinars and meetings
- →Create documentation for new processes and update internal onboarding/offboarding information
Requirements
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓IT experience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong technical skills to analyze, troubleshoot, and support operating systems, MDM software, and cloud-based software
- ✓Basic understanding of scripting languages: GAM, PowerShell, and Bash
- ✓Ability to handle at least 40+ support tickets daily
- ✓Thorough understanding of interdepartmental relations
