About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Development Representative to lead a high-performing team of SDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth. This role will oversee prospecting strategies, ensure lead quality, and drive operational excellence across outbound and inbound sales motions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs
- →Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned to pipeline generation
- →Build and implement scalable sales development playbooks and processes
- →Monitor team performance and pipeline health, analyzing data to identify trends
- →Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align messaging and optimize funnel conversion
- →Drive consistent execution of prospecting activities with quality standards
- →Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development
- →Identify process improvements to increase SDR efficiency and productivity
- →Motivate the team through recognition and incentives
- →Maintain accurate reporting of SDR activity and team performance
- →Support career path development and succession planning for SDRs
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership
- ✓Proven success leading or scaling SDR teams in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong ability to design and implement sales development playbooks
- ✓Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive decisions
- ✓Excellent coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred
- ✓Ability to motivate and inspire SDRs to meet performance targets
- ✓Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving processes
