About the Role
We are looking for an SDR Enterprise to join our team at Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. This role involves breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments, playing a vital role in the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads
- →Learn from our seasoned sales team and help build out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
- →Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, and campaigns
- →Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process
- →Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
- →Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
Requirements
- ✓3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
- ✓Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
- ✓Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- ✓Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- ✓Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams
- ✓Experience working for an HR or Fintech company preferred
- ✓Experience working at a fast-growing startup preferred
- ✓Experience working in a remote & distributed team preferred
