About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our platform, ensuring seamless integration across our global systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, Javascript, React, and Express
- →Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express framework
- →Create client-side function-based React components, hooks, stories, and tests
- →Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres
- →Build reusable and modular components on both the front and back end
- →Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
- →Stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements
- →Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- →Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
Requirements
- ✓At least 8 years of Full-Stack experience, with a focus on TypeScript development
- ✓Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the listed technologies
- ✓Experience in a collaborative, remote-first work culture
- ✓Ability to communicate complex ideas and collaborate with diverse teams
