About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. This role involves overseeing remote and hybrid workplaces, providing IT support, and managing device lifecycle for a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, develop, and enhance Deel IT device management services for global customers
- →Provide technical support for the Sales team and customer base
- →Deploy, configure, and refresh devices for Deel IT
- →Work with MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud
- →Package and deploy applications for Mac and Windows
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with and managing Mac and Windows estates
- ✓Knowledge of MDM platforms for mixed device management
- ✓Interest in application packaging and deployment for Mac and Windows
- ✓Strong IT security knowledge
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- ✓Ability to work under pressure
