About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Deel Immigration, SMB to lead a team of Account Executives across North America. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating a high-performing, accountable sales team, building scalable processes, and aligning closely with cross-functional partners. As a key player in Deel’s growth strategy, this leader will own and exceed sales targets while contributing to the broader success of the Immigration business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on SMB and B2C customers.
- →Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent with a focus on continuous growth and development.
- →Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets.
- →Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team.
- →Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts, proactively adapting strategies as needed.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and shared success.
- →Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and address KPI trends.
- →Drive new business and expansion opportunities through both outbound prospecting and co-prime/overlay sales models.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- ✓1+ years of experience managing sales teams, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- ✓Strong knowledge of SMB and B2C sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- ✓Expertise in outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, coach C-level selling, and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic product roadmap.
- ✓Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and commitment to default optimism.
- ✓Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- ✓Experience selling into companies with 1-200 employees is strongly preferred.
- ✓Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools.
