About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at Deel. This role focuses on recruiting and leading candidate experience for Operations roles across the region, helping us scale our global team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit and lead candidate experience for Operations roles across the region
- →Recruit exceptional talent to join our team, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders
- →Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and requirements for new team members
- →Develop and refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience
- →Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
- →Ensure maintenance of Deel's incredible culture and team principles
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in an internal team
- ✓Experience recruiting across Operations teams
- ✓Track record of hiring top talent quickly in ambitious environments
- ✓Ability to handle complex candidate questions regarding compensation, equity, immigration
- ✓Strong communication skills for presentations and demonstrations
- ✓Experience using data to improve processes
