About the Role
We are looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role involves monitoring global cash positions, managing funding transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor the global cash position and local entities' bank accounts on a daily basis, ensuring liquidity
- →Initiate cash management and funding transactions within different banking platforms and systems
- →Investigate complex payment problems and work with the support team to solve them quickly
- →Review bank account opening documents, structures, agreements, and fees in new markets to support global expansion
- →Serve as the main point of contact with financial institutions, keeping KYC and Due Diligence updated
- →Prepare reports, document transactions, and update them within the systems and database
- →Assist with cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, and investment activities
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a treasury department of a multinational bank or FinTech
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred)
- ✓Experience in money transferring entities
- ✓Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- ✓Good written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Fluent in English
