About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join DeepL, a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions. This role involves building and deepening connections with senior stakeholders, conducting technical and commercial conversations, and driving product adoption within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

→Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their ecosystem, strategy, and goals
→Position as a strategic partner by conducting regular business reviews
→Support onboarding effectiveness by collaborating with onboarding managers
→Drive product adoption by strategically positioning DeepL products
→Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth potential
→Educate customers on API usage and other product features
→Advocate for customers by addressing their needs effectively
→Troubleshoot inquiries efficiently
→Meet and exceed quarterly adoption, retention, and advocacy targets
→Work cross-functionally with DeepL leadership to enhance product and service offerings

Requirements

✓Relevant experience managing client relationships at senior levels within enterprise clients
✓3+ years of customer success experience, ideally with a focus on retention
✓1+ years of sales/account management experience, ideally with a focus on renewals and upsell/cross-sell
✓Experience with APIs and comfort working with customers who integrate our solutions
✓Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Spanish and/or French beneficial
✓Experience in the Software/SaaS industry preferred
✓Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
✓A strong drive to learn and grow, with a curious mindset
✓Ability to thrive in a scale-up environment, demonstrating strategic thinking and tactical execution
