About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for Voice Meetings to own DeepL’s most business-critical Voice product end-to-end. This role focuses on growing usage, revenue, and customer impact while establishing Voice Meetings as the leading real-time translated meetings solution in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• →Take full responsibility for Voice for Meetings across discovery, delivery, adoption, and growth
• →Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• →Own success metrics across usage, retention, monetization, and customer satisfaction
• →Scale meeting usage measured in millions of translated minutes
• →Identify and optimize key product-led growth levers
• →Lead with strong UX judgment in a real-time, multi-participant environment
• →Engage directly with customers to translate feedback into product decisions
• →Collaborate across Engineering, Research, Sales, and Leadership
