About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the GenAI Product Operations team at DeepMind. This role focuses on maximizing operational effectiveness and empowering leadership to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain high-accuracy trackers and reporting frameworks for the 3P applied portfolio
- →Manage day-to-day business overhead for Senior Product Managers
- →Ensure portfolio status is consistently reflected across internal channels
- →Manage the operational framework for inbound requests and strategic engagements
- →Navigate complex stakeholder environments, including Legal and Policy teams
- →Support the "business rhythm" of the organization by structuring leadership forums
- →Take on diverse special projects requiring cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or related field; Master's preferred
- ✓7+ years of experience in program management
- ✓Mastery of Google Workspace tools
- ✓Experience navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with program management methodologies
