About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the GenAI Product Operations team at Google DeepMind. This role involves driving organizational alignment and execution, acting as a key operator for the leadership team, and translating strategic intent into clear communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
- →Craft and maintain high-quality presentation materials for executive reviews, partner briefings, and team updates
- →Ensure the team's vision is consistently reflected across various communication channels
- →Manage the operational framework for inbound requests from Cloud and Strategic Partners
- →Support the organization's strategic narrative by working with leadership and cross-functional teams
- →Oversee the effective routing of opportunities to the appropriate internal teams
- →Take on diverse special projects that require cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- ✓7+ years of experience in program management
- ✓Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling narratives
- ✓Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
