About the Role
UX Program Manager to join our San Francisco office. This role focuses on steering complex programs to deliver significant user value and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with UX Leads to stand up new programs of work using program management best practices
- →Create project briefs with PMs and UX Leads for clear goals and metrics
- →Establish and lead operating processes for managing the team’s organization
- →Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic processes and initiatives
- →Create strategic narratives and communicate strategy with stakeholders
- →Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree in Business or related field
- ✓8+ years experience in program management or agency account management
- ✓Experience working with multidisciplinary UX, engineering, and marketing teams
- ✓Ability to manage multiple programs with subprojects and initiatives
- ✓Strong understanding of operational excellence and experience with legal and finance teams
- ✓Experience with specialized design disciplines and running design sprints
- ✓Experience working with UXR leaders to plan and execute research programs
- ✓Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- ✓2-3 years delivering projects with generative AI
- ✓PMP certification through PMI
