About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Belfast. This is a rare opportunity to become an important member of a growing, well-funded startup. You'll build relationships with our restaurant partners in your area, improving our proposition for customers and identifying ways to continue our fast growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain relationships between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners through regular meetings
- →Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth potential through Deliveroo
- →Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
- →Partner with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies
- →Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
- →Improve and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies
Requirements
- ✓Some experience in account/relationship management (or similar)
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Commercial mindset and comfortable working with data
- ✓Experience achieving targets
- ✓Regular commute to restaurant partners
