About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Manchester at Deliveroo, a rapidly growing tech company. This role involves cultivating relationships with top local restaurants to help increase their online sales through Deliveroo.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and grow relationships with top restaurant partners through strong communication
- →Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge
- →Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
- →Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve efficiencies
- →Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
- →Innovate and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies
- →Be a local expert for your cities, knowing the restaurant industry inside and out
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience in account or relationship management
- ✓Effective relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data
- ✓Results-orientated with a track record of achieving targets
- ✓Experience in a dynamic high-growth company is preferable
- ✓Self-starter, hard worker and well-organised
- ✓Ability to work autonomously while meeting restaurant partners
- ✓Additional language abilities valued, including Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Bahasa/Malay
