About the Role
Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants, acting as consultants who use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building lasting relationships
- →Monitor and analyze performance, share insights with partners, and identify improvement opportunities
- →Negotiate contract terms according to company goals and partners mix to increase supply quality
- →Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty
- →Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years experience in account management or sales
- ✓P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
- ✓Experience creating long-term relationships
- ✓Experience using tools and project management applications
- ✓Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food Market would be a plus
- ✓Fluency in English would be a plus
