About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join Deliveroo’s Performance Marketing team, responsible for transforming how people shop and eat. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technology to connect millions of customers with food.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage complex, high-spending global paid search programs
- →Contribute to channel-specific strategies and roadmaps
- →Build relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of industry trends
- →Execute A/B and incrementality tests to validate campaign lift
- →Partner with Engineering and Product teams for technical optimization
- →Manage and pace allocated global budgets
- →Analyze performance data using Looker and other enterprise tools
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads campaigns
- ✓Experience with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs
- ✓Highly data-driven with experience using Looker or advanced spreadsheets
- ✓Experience managing high-spend campaigns across multiple markets
- ✓Test and learn mindset with ability to simplify complex technical results
