About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Search and App Specialist to join Deliveroo’s Performance Marketing team. This role focuses on managing complex, high-spending global programs to maximize ROI and incremental growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design campaign structures and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- →Contribute to channel-specific strategies and roadmaps
- →Build relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of industry trends
- →Suggest and execute A/B and incrementality tests
- →Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve feed optimization
- →Manage and pace allocated global budgets
- →Analyze performance data to translate into actionable investment recommendations
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns
- ✓Experience with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs
- ✓Highly data-driven with experience using Looker or advanced spreadsheets
- ✓Experience managing high-spend campaigns across multiple markets
- ✓Test and learn mindset with ability to simplify complex technical results
