About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the European Planning & Performance team at Deliveroo. This role involves using data and analytics to improve the performance and planning of the rider network across multiple European markets, including the UK&I, France, Italy, and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor the performance of the delivery network and implement real-time improvements to enhance reliability.
- →Allocate budget to maximize the efficiency of the live network.
- →Follow incident protocols for events impacting the delivery network.
- →Collaborate with various parts of the Operations organization, such as Restaurant Operations, Strategy, and Rider Engagement, to support data-led projects.
- →Drive projects focused on improving the stability and performance of the live network.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in live operations, operations, data analysis, or a similar role with real-time responsibilities.
- ✓Ability to perform under pressure and learn new tools quickly.
- ✓Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with strong attention to detail.
- ✓Experience with Zapier and workflow automation is a strong advantage, alongside SQL proficiency.
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
- ✓Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- ✓Willing to work in a shift pattern schedule including evenings and weekends.
