About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Deliveroo and drive commercial success for a portfolio of restaurants. This role focuses on creating sustainable partnerships and optimizing profitability while ensuring the best user experience for Deliveroo customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define strategic priorities for your restaurant portfolio and set growth objectives
- →Develop and implement action plans including financial decisions and success metrics
- →Support portfolio expansion through virtual brand creation, marketing campaigns, and new area deployments
- →Manage and optimize profitability for restaurant partners while meeting set objectives
- →Provide personalized support including menu composition, packaging solutions, pricing strategies, and online visibility optimization
- →Analyze performance data from partners and Deliveroo operations
- →Create and implement marketing plans
- →Develop and improve processes to support company growth
Requirements
