About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our London team at Deliveroo. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of the Deliveroo product, crafting intuitive, user-centric experiences that define how our customers, partners, and riders interact with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end design process for complex Deliveroo features, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity execution.
- →Shape the design vision for key product areas, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our local user base.
- →Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform ambiguous business problems into elegant, user-centric solutions.
- →Contribute to and evolve our core design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the Deliveroo ecosystem.
- →Mentor junior designers and advocate for design thinking throughout the product development lifecycle to raise the bar for our creative output.
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience designing complex digital products at scale, with a portfolio showcasing clear problem-solving and visual craft.
- ✓Proven ability to lead design strategy within cross-functional teams, balancing user needs with business objectives.
- ✓Demonstrated ownership of design systems or pattern libraries, with an understanding of how to maintain consistency across a complex product suite.
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and influence product direction.
- ✓Expertise in modern design tools (such as Figma) and a solid understanding of how design translates into technical implementation.
