About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Glovo Spain during an operational model shift. This person will work closely with the manager of external supply to standardize internal processes, create the department's future vision, and build scalable reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive end-to-end supply projects, including fleet motorization and billing automation
- βStandardize internal and 3PL reporting structures for consistency
- βQuery large datasets via SQL/BigQuery to build automated dashboards
- βContribute to the departmentβs masterplan and long-term supply strategy
- βProvide Account Managers with data-driven insights for growth plans
- βIdentify and automate manual workflows to improve operational efficiency
- βEnsure data integrity as the gatekeeper for supply data
- βTranslate complex project updates for leadership
Requirements
- β5+ years experience in high-growth tech startups, operations, or consulting
- βStrong data analysis capability with proficiency in Excel
- βExperience with Business Intelligence tools (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI)
- βAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- βExperience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization
- βUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- βFluency in English
