About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Egypt and contribute to our growth. This role involves developing business through partner restaurants via in-person visits and phone calls, maintaining long-term relationships, and managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increased revenue, profitability, and market share
- →Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/restaurants through regular visits, calls, and emails
- →Provide excellent service and support to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues
- →Ensure client menus are up to date
- →Optimize restaurant content including delivery time and other factors
- →Renegotiate commission rates with existing contacts
- →Handle advertisement sales including acquiring pictures and implementing branding
- →Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers
- →Encourage restaurants to adopt digitalization and online payment options
- →Coordinate with restaurants to resolve any issues with their Talabat status
- →Communicate with Management by providing regular CRM updates and attending team meetings
- →Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- ✓Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Sales or Account Management
- ✓Strong negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
- ✓Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- ✓Proficiency in Excel
