About the Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of partner restaurants, ensuring their sales growth, profitability, and positioning within our app.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and grow a portfolio of partner restaurants
→Ensure restaurant growth in sales, profitability, and positioning within the app
→Provide commercial advice, data analysis, and joint strategy execution
→Detect opportunities for growth and performance improvement
→Monitor key indicators such as sales, average ticket, conversion rate, cancellations, preparation times, and ratings
→Analyze competition and market behavior
→Negotiate participation in campaigns, discounts, and promotional actions
→Increase investment in advertising tools within the platform
→Identify upselling opportunities
→Work closely with marketing, operations, and support teams

Requirements

✓Experience in restaurant management or similar field
✓Strong analytical skills
