About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Account Manager to join our fastest growing vertical - Groceries. This role will focus on enhancing operational performance and fostering partnerships with Top Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Accountable for enhancing operational performance metrics (such as orders, users and revenue) and streamlining operations for a designated group of Top Partners in Groceries.
- →Foster enduring partnerships with Top Partners, enhancing their business metrics, promotional activities, interaction, and Partner retention over time.
- →Play a pivotal role in shaping their delivery operations and offer strategic counsel leveraging industry insight, thorough data analysis, and specialized knowledge.
- →Build and maintain relationships with Glovo’s Top Partners in the country - establish excellent relationships through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (meetings and business reviews)
- →Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
- →Serve as a representative of Glovo's mission, brand values, and product offerings.
