About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Growth team at Glovo. This role is crucial for ensuring partner engagement and retention, with direct responsibility for impacting long-tail partners to help them grow, sell assets, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draw and execute plans to grow the portfolio through promotions, marketing activations, and selling positioning assets
- →Identify new assets to sell to long-tail partners and implement the entire process
- →Evaluate, follow up, and build reports on marketing activations performance, taking actions to reach goals and company/team objectives
- →Maintain good relationships between Glovo and our partners
- →Contact over 20 partners per day to help them improve their presence on the App
- →Forecast and track key account metrics
- →Work closely with all departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects
