About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Growth Manager to handle relationships with top chain partners and drive growth, operational excellence, and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish excellent relationships with top partners through consistent and proactive communication
→Lead strategic Joint Business Plan negotiations with top partners
→Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of portfolio and KPIs periodically
→Prepare deep dive analysis on business topics and design action steps
→Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions and marketing activations
→Take action to reach goals and company OKRs (Growth, Revenue, Ops)
→Increase revenue through commission renegotiation and selling company assets
→Interact with operations, marketing, and finance to provide the best service to partners

Requirements
