About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support local Operations leads and managers in executing priorities and tasks. This role serves as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring changes, issues, and requests are completed and tracked.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the local Ops lead and Ops manager to improve operational metrics and set vendors up for success
- →Action vendor changes such as opening hours, contact numbers, and assortment
- →Coordinate monthly scanning dates for selected accounts and ensure immediate actions are taken
- →Daily review of performance and monitoring of inventory/price updates
- →Regularly review vendors' assortment, identify top out-of-stock issues, and share reports with the local ops manager
- →Ensure vendors have the right training, tools, and processes in place
- →Serve as vendors' point of contact for technical or process issues
- →Collaborate with other VCs within the market and across the region
- →Monitor performance and support of the onground team
- →Carry out daily checks to ensure all local processes are followed and completed
