About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Croatia. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights and analyzing data across multiple cities to support operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide analytical support to the team by understanding Glovo's operations model
- →Perform analysis to generate insights that help improve Courier KPIs
- →Identify and fix data reliability issues
- →Act as the main data point of contact (POC) for the department
- →Help find insights through data analysis during couriers' first deliveries to maximize retention
- →Own dashboards and build new tools to improve metric visibility
- →Develop analytical frameworks and models for the department
- →Deep-dive into data to understand reasons and levers for improving KPIs
- →Evaluate strategic opportunities through quantitative analyses and A/B tests
- →Understand local and regional needs from the perspective of couriers
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- ✓Experience with KPI tracking and improvement
- ✓Ability to build and maintain dashboards
