About the Role
We are looking for a world-class Marketing and Growth Analyst to join our Glovo Ukraine team. This role involves translating data into actionable insights and contributing to the growth of our marketplace in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead local growth marketing analytics projects in complete autonomy, working with HQ and cross-functional teams for seamless implementation.
- →Serve as the country point of contact for Pricing, Retention and Loyalty programs as well as Priority Cities growth ad-hoc projects.
- →Explore Ukrainian market needs and deliver insightful analysis to support fast, fact-based business decisions.
- →Identify growth opportunities to increase Glovo user base, improve retention rates, and maximize business profitability.
- →Take ownership of marketing reporting OKRs by creating customized reports and utilizing available ones.
- →Collaborate actively with colleagues (both local and HQ teams) in a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
