About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships with Local Shop accounts. This role focuses on ensuring healthy and sustainable growth for our partners through collaborative problem-solving and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Sell foodora platform services to key retail brands, owning the full hunting process from leads to onboarding
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Shop partners, including supermarkets and specialist stores
- →Define and execute strategies for sustainable and profitable growth
- →Address and resolve partner challenges with effective solutions
- →Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for seamless partner support
- →Analyze account data and track KPIs to drive improvements
- →Leverage retail or supermarket industry knowledge to identify opportunities
- →Be actively involved in day-to-day management ensuring high service standards
Requirements
