About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team at PedidosYa in El Salvador. This role focuses on managing key accounts in the restaurant vertical.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as senior commercial advisor for the Key Accounts segment in the restaurant vertical, being the direct point of contact with the brands with the highest volume on the app.
→Develop commercial proposals and expansion plans with a focus on achieving key KPIs for our businesses: growth in orders, revenue, profitability, investment in in-app advertising, promotional activities, loyalty program, etc.
→Identify the specific needs of each business through information analysis and basic/intermediate use of data management tools. Responsible for making a tailored proposal for each brand and charting a clear path for growth and profitability.
→Execute and follow up on commercial plans through the delivery of performance reports, financial analyses, and suggestions for promotional changes.
→Conduct periodic visits/meetings with business managers to ensure smooth communication and establish valuable commercial relationships.

Requirements

✓Experience in account management, preferably in the restaurant or e-commerce industry.
✓Strong analytical skills and ability to use data management tools.
✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✓Ability to develop commercial proposals and plans.
✓Experience in managing key accounts and achieving KPIs.
