About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our strategic National and International accounts team in Romania. In this role, you will act as a commercial architect, identifying trends and engineering growth strategies to keep our partners and platform ahead of the market.

Key Responsibilities

→Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Own the end-to-end relationship with top-tier national and international chains, acting as a high-level business consultant.
→Advanced Analytics & Forensic Reporting: Evaluate menu performance (AOV, Conversion, Cross-selling) to build sophisticated action plans that hit both partner goals and company OKRs.
→Commercial Engineering: Draw and execute aggressive growth plans using promo negotiations and marketing activations.
→Revenue & Content Optimization: Drive platform profitability through high-stakes negotiations and asset selling.
→Operational Excellence: Consult with partners to streamline their internal operations, ensuring high-quality service for the end customer.
→Churn Mitigation: Proactively identify at-risk partners through data signals and deploy recovery plans.

Requirements
