About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join Delivery Hero's AdTech data science team, focusing on Vendor Recommendations and AI. This role will drive success for thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses by empowering them with advanced tools to manage operations and boost visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, build, and deployment of large-scale AI recommendation systems that deliver multi-million-euro business outcomes for the vendor vertical.
- →Own the architecture and modeling for determining the optimal sequence and timing of actions to maximize vendor success metrics.
- →Lead all core initiatives in advanced time series modeling for demand prediction, vendor forecasting, and understanding long-term trends.
- →Act as the technical authority for take rate optimization, using statistical rigor and causal methods.
- →Serve as the primary technical partner for Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to validate business hypotheses and drive alignment on the recommendations strategy.
Requirements
