About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage client portfolio, from proposing new clients to retaining existing ones
- →Close long-term agreements and punctual activations
- →Take ownership of all communication with pharmacies, negotiation, deal closing, and internal execution
- →Conduct ad-hoc negotiations for each client, analyze categories and behavior within the app to understand the best way to impact consumers
- →Work with various departments to implement closed deals; commercial, marketing, BI, finance, operations, and product
- →Negotiate with e-commerce, commercial, or marketing managers of key brands in the country
- →Prepare reports and present results for external and internal clients
