About the Role
The Finance team in Romania is seeking a comprehensive, analytical, and hands-on Senior Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making. This role involves contributing to budgeting, forecasting, reporting processes, and participating in various FP&A projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support operational information, financial statements, and preparation of forecasts & budget
- →Participate in the month-end closing process from adjustments to the production of management reporting & accounting (P&L, BS)
- →Enhance financial discipline and improve overall profitability
- →Work with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable execution
- →Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual finance reports and analysis
- →Analyze and justify actuals data, forecasts, and deviations
- →Study the viability of investments and projects
- →Assess new business opportunities and vertical developments
- →Partner with senior management on financial and operational matters
- →Develop and maintain management reports about company performance
- →Gather input from commercial and operations departments to create budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
