About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join foodpanda's Global People function. This role is responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent across our entities while delivering exceptional experiences to candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent, fueling business growth
- →Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, building and maintaining talent pools
- →Partner with hiring managers and functional heads to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- →Conduct full-cycle recruitment for specific functional areas and across all job levels
- →Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management
- →Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda in the market
- →Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors
- →Develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and relevant opportunities
- →Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives to improve the broader Talent Acquisition and People functions
