About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Glovo’s team. This role focuses on managing partnerships with leading restaurant brands and implementing strategies to grow their total revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication
- →Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically
- →Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance
- →Achieve Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial)
- →Ensure Glovo has the best content by signing preferred partnerships
- →Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with partners
- →Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets
- →Understand and follow up on churned and inactive partners
- →Improve operational efficiency of partners by ensuring the best service to customers
- →Teach partners how to use the manager portal to become self-sufficient
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in account management or partnership development
- ✓Strong understanding of restaurant industry and business growth strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to analyze KPIs and develop action plans
- ✓Experience with marketing activations and promotions
- ✓Knowledge of commission structures and revenue optimization
- ✓Ability to teach and train partners on digital platforms
