About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to manage key operational workflows across bug triage, documentation, localization, and release coordination. This role requires autonomy and deep domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own daily bug triage across the Home domain, assessing severity and routing issues
- →Own and report on key operational metrics like TTFR, SLA adherence, and backlog health
- →Identify trends in recurring defects and propose improvements or fixes
- →Manage operational requests intake and enforce SLA expectations across stakeholders
- →Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, templates, and FAQs
- →Coordinate localization workflows across markets, vendors, and engineering teams
- →Support mobile release management by maintaining calendars, tracking progress, and flagging risks
- →Report recurring issues to Product and Engineering and support upstream improvements
- →Support dependency management in the Home domain by clarifying missing details and flagging timing or ownership conflicts in planning
