About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that deliver exceptional value to clients. This role involves leading technical discussions, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software systems
→Ensure engineering delivery aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives
→Define system architecture and engineering design standards
→Review and approve key technical decisions and solution designs
→Design and oversee cloud-native architectures
→Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks
→Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to shape solutions
→Mentor and coach engineers and senior developers

Requirements

✓Experience leading technical discussions with clients
✓Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
✓Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
✓Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
✓Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural decisions
✓Track record of driving engineering excellence and best practices
✓Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code
✓Strong leadership and communication skills
