We are looking for a Data Migration Tech Lead to join our team. This role focuses on delivering data migration solutions and managing technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop technical design, solution and architecture for data migrations
- →Perform data modelling and architecture design, including AI implementation
- →Manage technical delivery team ensuring high quality standards
- →Deliver data migration development and testing with client team collaboration
- →Support functional build team with technical and functional data design
- →Assist project management with cutover plans and technical impact analysis
- →Identify process improvement opportunities in data migration
- →Support business development and technical advancement activities
- →Build data migration capabilities within the team
- →Create client relationships to understand changing needs
- →Support data platform delivery and development as needed
