About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves planning, overseeing, and leading projects from initiation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• →Oversee the project delivery process (PDP) from initiation through to closure
• →Work closely with the business to gather requirements and create user stories, story maps and process flows for projects
• →Provide solution design support by translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• →Manage stakeholders by acting as a liaison between business units and IT
• →Assist in user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet requirements
• →Produce documentation and deliverables including compliance requirements
• →Keep application owners and users informed of all changes
• →Identify and execute change management processes
• →Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and at an expected level of quality
